Some take tea seriously. Friends helped design and construct this lofted tea room in their home near Boston. I was honored to attend a ceremony around Thanksgiving.
Holy cannoli! That tea is some serious business there to not only buy and wear a yukata (I think) but also to build an entire room just for tea. It's an amazing room (attached to what looks to be an amazing house), but...wow.
Also the cat? I'm surprised that it has a tail. (I think.) Otherwise it's a dead ringer for the classical Japanese calico.
