Snowfall on highways - for a few hours, traffic alone will keep the roads clear. How much is windswept and how much melted by heat and friction, I don't know. Cities scramble into morning. Implements scrape and unbury doors and walkways. Everywhere else is still, collecting, slowing into snow-covered winter. Travelers dig out cars and houses at 2am, plow their path before morning. Here more traffic is faster, safer. Give me red taillights to follow, tracks for my tires.
